QA Consultants was created out of the growth in telecom in the 1990s. At that time there was a rise in modernized Telecom billing systems, online portals, electronic payments, and new lines of services (wireless, data, etc.). Our resources have supported most of North America’s telecoms over the last 20 years with various types of QA services delivered, including testing for Amdocs and Ericsson billing systems, mobile and web application testing, streaming video, performance testing, and test automation amongst others. We are equally comfortable working in traditional software development environments as well as with new agile and hybrid agile/waterfall approaches. Our secure and Toronto-based Test Factory™ centre of excellence provides a compelling alternative to offshore testing.
