Prior to joining QA Consultants, Robert spent 18 years at Cognizant in various leadership positions focused on business development and quality assurance. Throughout his career, he has focused on managing profit and loss and operational governance, successfully establishing accountability systems, controlling costs, and meticulously tracking both quantitative and qualitative metrics to assess project success.
He developed a process of benchmarking account financials to evaluate actual revenue against projected revenue (bid vs. actual), while ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities to optimize both top and bottom-line performance.
