Alex Rodov

One of North America’s leading quality engineers, Alex was one of the first to treat quality assurance as a field of its own. Under his leadership, QA Consultants has grown from a groundbreaking idea into a North American software quality engineering market leader, which was acquired by the ALTEN Group in March of 2023. He developed a dedicated quality engineering research and development division focused on emerging technologies to solve complex quality engineering challenges, such as the application of model-based software quality projects, artificial intelligence, blockchain, autonomous vehicles (land, air, and marine), and robotics. Alex is a respected innovator and thought leader in the software quality assurance and testing industry and is recognized as an expert in his field by the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) of Canada. In 2024, he was inducted into the World Academy of Productivity Science (WAPS) as a Fellow .He is a frequent speaker at quality assurance conferences on subjects such as IT re-shoring, QA best practices, IT governance, and QA Test Centers of Excellence. His latest publication, The Book on Testing, was published in August 2023. As a strategic and innovative leader, Alex will continue to steer QA Consultants in its pursuit of excellence and innovation, leveraging the synergies from its integration with the ALTEN Group, to forge new paths in the global quality engineering landscape.
